The renovation, led by fashion designer Alessandra Cappiello, reimagined the layout to include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, blending elegance and functionality. The apartment reflects Alessandra’s love for craftsmanship, stylistic fusion, and precious materials.
Light fills the living area through large windows and iron-framed glass doors that connect it to the kitchen and terraces. Original pieces of furniture—family mirrors and bookshelves—coexist with modern pieces in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Each bedroom is unique, with English wallpaper, vintage details, and carefully chosen colors that enhance comfort and personality. Oak herringbone floors contrast beautifully with restored and new terrazzo tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. The custom kitchen opens to the terrace and living room, maintaining harmony through glass sliding doors.
Even the bathrooms, with retro-modern flair, feature Grandinetti tiles, French paints, and bespoke details. A hidden utility closet houses a washer and a dryer. The terraces—rare and privileged spaces—extend the home’s charm outdoors, with views, quiet, and a sense of intimate elegance.
