The attic is in a perfect location, close to the public beach as well as to the urban centre of Ostia where you can find many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops. Ostia Lido train station is only 10 minutes walk and it will connect you to Roma Ostiense train station where you can catch the metro line B.
